JOB OPPORTUNITY:
If you enjoy children, art, and teaching AND want to work with a team of self-directed, enthusiastic, highly energetic artists, consider stepping forward and advancing your life. This position starts out part-time and can lead to more hours, responsibility and plenty of creative fun! You need to be available Monday - Friday during "after-school" hours - typically classes begin around 3:15.
The following qualifications are necessary:
* Prior experience teaching children - also, a real plus if you've taught adults
* Strong realistic drawing skill - must demonstrate ADVANCED drawing and painting skill
* BFA, BA or Masters of Fine Arts or equivalent experience with studio arts
* Organizational & leadership skills
* Dependable vehicle
* Clean, professional appearance
* Curriculum development skill

Each chalk artist can have their own booth to sell their art. You just
need to apply as a booth vendor and put down that you are a chalk
artist. In payment, select "pay by check" and then write in that you
are a chalk artist and you will get a free booth.
